excellent central base for exploring charming long sutton attractions

The staff were friendly and the location was ideal right in the centre of town, allowing me to easily walk to local spots like Propa Burger and Cosy Cafe for delicious food options just a few steps away. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves to explore on foot and enjoy a home-like atmosphere.

The hotel was big size, with very helpful and excellent staff and comfortable location right in the centre of town. Location: the venue was short walk to Friday market. There was Henry's nearby, offering quick meals;)))

The rooms were huge and vintage, the staff was pleasant.

Braw stay, the room was spacious and clean, had a proper lovely home vibe. Staff were pure dead brilliant, made us feel welcome. But the bathroom could do with a proper clean, shower’s not the best. a decent place for a night.

The spacious double room had a cozy feel with a fridge and kitchen sink. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, greatly enhancing my experience.

The noise from the pub was quite loud.

The staff were fantastic. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the bar area, where I could interact with locals and have a bit of fun. The location was great, with easy access to various dining options and shops just a short walk away.

The bathroom required better cleaning, and the shower fixtures looked outdated.

The location is spot on with plenty of takeout nearby. The room was reasonably clean and spacious enough to not feel like a sardine. Excellent value for the price, just what I needed to crash after my day out.

The room could use a good sprucing up-my socks found more dirt than I expected. And let's just say the old furniture could double for a museum exhibit!

The owners are super nice, even tho i arrived late. The room gave a real homey vibe and it was clean and comfy. Breakfast was awesome, really enjoyed it! Would totally stay here again. Overall feel was really cute and chill.

The corridors are kinda weird and a bit confusing. There should be more parking options.

Clean common areas stood out . I loved the spacious family double room. It had a fridge and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very good, particularly the manager, who was very accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. There were some old food remnants near the kitchen sink and mould around the windows. I also noticed dust under the bed. The noise from the pool room was disruptive at times as well. It has its charm but could greatly benefit from deeper cleaning and maintenance improvements.

The staff was always cute and they waited a bit beyond check-in for us! The bar area was great for mingling with locals, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun.
